Easy Blueberry Smoothie Bowl


This smoothie bowl is possibly the easiest recipe to make and yields a beautiful deep colour! With only 4 ingredients and one step, its a winner for a quick breakfast! Amazing with any toppings, smoothie bowls are a great way to get a nutrient boost in the morning. Blueberries are absolutely packed with vitamins and minerals and are one of the richest sources of antioxidants! I topped mine with some figs, blueberries and a sprinkle of granola.


Easy Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 cup yoghurt

1/4 cup almond milk

Toppings I used:

1 fig

Handful of blueberries

Sprinkle of my Maple Sea Salt Granola 



1. It's easy - whizz it all up in a blender and add your toppings! To make it easier to blend, start with the liquids and slowly add the frozen fruit.
